Communist Party of Turkey, in the declaration it published concerning the anniversary of July 2 Sivas Massacre, called people to stop following this dark path which the country has entered.

soL (NEWS DESK) The Communist Party of Turkey published a declaration concerning the anniversary of July 2 Sivas Massacre. In the declaration it is pointed that absence of those who were burned in Madimak Hotel in 1993 and wildness of those who fired them have brought this country into this position in 16 years. TKP called people to trust intellectuals instead of Fethullah and save this country from darkness as it is still possible.

Today is 2nd of July!

Look, what happened to us?
Unemployment, poverty, misery.
Illiterate children, university graduates that their study does not help for anything, “no money no education” schools.
Hospitals to die in front of them…
Very poor people…
And rich ones, rich as Croesus.
Poor people with patched dresses under all black burkas.
Rich and covered people with French scarves and gold dust embroidered surcoats.

Today is 2nd of July, and exactly 16 years ago thousands of people, in front of thousands of policemen and soldiers, after yelling and screaming for hours, fired a hotel with people inside.
There were people inside the hotel, authors, poets, musicians…

Absence of those who burned there and wildness of those who fired them have brought this country into that position in 16 years.

Be aware that, because you turn your back on your intellectual, honest, honorable people, literate youth, courageous ones who show you the right way, you are burning in fire! In this world…
